Microsoft: Inclusion Is Innovation
Animation commissioned by Microsoft and Passerine for a series of employee stories that talk about the importance of inclusion.
We worked with the audio recorded by Sandra, a Microsoft employee, telling about how experiences embracing new cultures prepared her to face challenges. We were given complete freedom to create the scenes using Niege's illustration style. Timing was something that we had to take into consideration, so we decided to create artworks that can be used in different contexts with some modifications. The artworks would also have to work on different formats.
